It's HTML, but the colours are all wrong, sorry.
Oh yeah, btw, It's not AS organised atm as it was because the owner has to revise for GCSE exams and also the owner had never done anything using HTML before he did that site.
It's alright, except for the horrible colour choice which made my cringe upon opening the page.
