Super-Nooby Question! Please Help

Hi,

I can't get my forums to have the catagorys to show up like this?

P.S: Really sorry the images are big, I wanted to give you all more help by doing it ^_^

One of the options when creating the forum will be 'Act As Forum' select 'no' and it will be a catagory.

It's being N00b, try and get some '1337 hackers' to tell it to stop being n00b.
