Tis called a Tank Mager/Ranger
Mages/rangers get 20 or 40 defence for their armour.
Ive seen just a purely defence pure.
He was lvl 19 and was wearing full rune.
Ive also seen an image of a lvl 29 wearing full dragon.
I've seen on RuneScape with my own eyes, a level 28 with full dragon.
Hm ok.. tank mager you say..
does anyone know of any clans that do this?
