Habbo Template Needed - I offer rares on habbo UK

Hey Guys. Im needing a great design, with the " Habbo Feel " Like the habbo homepage. Send me some examples. I would also like it to have IFrames for, RadioStats, Radio, DJ Says, Etc. I want it to be like a fansite, with radio features. :) I will pay after you give me the layout. OR half of it. We can work something out. Please Post if you are interested. If not do not post. :)

do as i do ^^
when som1 buys it, i give them the watermarked image, if they like it, they pay and i give them the unwatermarked .png file + psd file (sliced/non sliced)
and if coded i give that to ^^

i done loads of trades with [oli] for templates banners logos and more

i check on watermarked ones pay then he sends unwatermarked he is a gr8 dude

also.....bondie ure mate was offering 1000 listiners, 320 KPBS, free domain, free hosting, all for 7 GPB THAT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME!!!!! HE WOULD PROBABLY SHUT IT DOWN AFTER I PAYED I HAVE NO WAY OF TRUSTING HIM. 320 IS INSANELY PRICED NOBODY USES IT ExCEPT RESELLERS >:(
