New rules for avatar and signature picture(s)

We are increasing the size for the avatar from 60x100 to 90x100.

Also we are changing the rule about pictures in signatures:

VIP members are now allowed to have as many pictures as they want in their signature, as long as they are below each other, each picture is not wider than 700 pixels, and the total height of all pictures together is not more than 300 pixels.

Non VIP members are now allowed to have as many pictures as they want in their signature, as long as they are below each other, each picture is not wider than 700 pixels, and the total height of all pictures together is not more than 150 pixels.
