Oh my god.

I'm in edgeville dungeon, stopped for a minute and started to kill thugs. And? you might say. Well, I killed about 50 odd thugs and hey ho what's this? A clue scroll!?

lol level 1 clues are great fun :)
though chances are best thing you'll get is black :P

Either the park north of fally (not fally park) or the mines south east of varrock. Not sure about it though.

I got a level 3 clue on my 1st ever black dragon still havent done it i wana do observatory quest so i can do it but i dont know how :(

You don't need to do aqny quests to do clue scrolls.
