Girlie question?

uh yea i need help :s
i'm having really bad period pains, and when i say bad i mean really bad. I cant even sit up straight. paracetamols not working and its too hot for a hot water bottle.
Any ideas that might help ? :x

Go too the doctors if its that bad, they could prescribe better medication. Or, you could take a nice bath, and relax, not too hot nor cold. Drink plenty of water, rest in your bed with the covers off if its too hot, keep a fan on your face too cool you down, sometimes when its hot, you get stomach aches aswell, which makes it even worse.

Drugs are the answer.

I dont really want to go to the doctors though i dont often get it its like once a year. I've tried a bath it helped for a while but the pains came back. And it hurts to lie down

Well if you don't get anything for it, it looks like you'll have to be standing up all week. If you get something from the doctor's you don't have to use it all the time, just when you need it. Explain that you don't often get it this bad and s/he'll sort something out for you.

i get bad pains alot too, mind i dunno what the pain is like that you are going through. usually im near enough to fainting at times as i go all dizzy.

one time mine was very bad and i took a very slight ovedose of parasetamol to make me a bit tired and i went to bed for a few hours.

id proberbly suggest you take parasetamol, maybe 3? or you could go to the doctors and get stronger pain killers
