Need Help with Cooking
Everytime use a small amount of oil in a pan to cook, the oil keeps splattering everywhere, food gets burnt and stuck to the pan and I have to add water to make sure the food is cooked properly (which turns out never to be)
I asked my parents and they say I need to heat a little water and make sure the pan is dry then add a bit of oil, but all it does is make the oil splatter more.
Any tips? :(

stop cooking, before something bad happens

adding water to hot oil is a very big mistake :)
-
ok.
What you do is put a small bit of oil in the pan (all depends on what ure trying to make ) and every 2 or 3 minutes make sure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the pan.
NEVER TRY TO PUT WATER ON AN OIL CAUSED FIRE.
Just a bit of info.

Ask your mum or dad to do it for you , or invest in microwave chips ?

I'd use a splatter guard. NEVER EVER mix oil and water.
Get a good frying pan and some spray oil. Spray before you put it on the heat. Our food tech teahcer learnt that the hard way!
