What best place for training range on f2p.

What be your level then we may tell yee :).

depends what level you are , if your just starting to train it and your level 1 its best to start of killing chickens till your like level 10 go to the wizards tower go all the way up and start traing with the lesser demon behind the bars ;)

Only if you have enough money to lose arrows. Also you won't hit often either.

or if you have mage level 33 and quite a few law runes to use telegraphic grab :p

Varrock sewers is ok for any level, to some extent :)
