Buying Habbo Templates

I am buying habbo website templates. Just show me how it looks. If you feel Im gonna scam you. Put water marks on it then. I need one that has the following tabs in order: home, news, guestbook, forum, gallery, joke, download, flash games, links and contact.

Altho, if I like your layout, I'll pay 4 hcs for it and you must help me cut them into peices like an html page since I dunno how to do that. That way I can put stuff into the site.
