Muscles and Fat?
Ok, I am FAT. I Have much fat on my thighs, stomach, fingers, triceps and biceps, legs and also my chin.
My mate said that its better to be fat and do weights rather to be skinny as your fat turns to muscles rather than muscles coming out of no where if your skinny, Is this true?
Also, i wanna get muscles but how? =S

If you are skinny (like not fat at all, really small), it would be hard, as you'd have to eat all the foods that help you gain fat and the right things to make muscles, whereas when you're fat, you could burn more off.
Do weight training, exercise, pressups and things like that to help build them up.
I think it helps anyway. I have a little fat, like puppy fat, nothing too bad :p

Going to the gym is good. Start lifting light weights to start with, just doing a few reps, then go up to higher weights, but less reps. Try running aswell, and cutting down on fatty foods, eg. crisps, chocolate, cakes etc. Try not to eat inbetween meals aswell, and if you get hungry, have something healthy. Protein is good for helping muscle growth when you've been training.

Go to the gym, or buy some exercise machien off eBay maybe. I got a thing that focuses on your abs mainly, yet works your legs and arms.
Also try doing situps and pushups in the morning and night, this will help.

everybody got a little bit of fat lucky for me i have gotten taller and skinner before i was short n fat lol. You got to get taller lol wait for your growth spurt lol then it all goes up instead of out and woot woot your tall and skinner.

I'm 13 and 5ft 8, and I'm not as fat as I used to be :) According to that red book thing from the doctors, I will be 6ft 2 when I'm fully grown =]

Go to the gym, buy a sweat suite then buy a skipping rope do about 30 mins a day.
Start with small weights with weight lifting, or start with small dumbells.
