If you can't run and you want a Six Pac... I would advise that you do press ups; they can easily be done in the morning or evening. About 50 a day should do it to start you off!

Hey dude, I'm 13 and in year 8 too :) Read my thread about 6packs.
I want one too, I am doing as they say and I think it is working, as my stomach feels firmer.

I do them in the morning and before bed.
I started at 50 yesterday evening, then this morning I did 60, and tonight I'll do 70.

Its good that you want to get a six pack when you are 13. Because it'll be easier to get one in the future.
But id advise you just to stay healthy, go for a run every(other) day, sit ups?
Oh yeh, milk is good for your bones, so drink just milk. It tastes niceeeeeee

Lol yeah, they're right too... It's all very well doing the exercise but you need to keep a balanced and healthy diet too :D

I drink loads of milk only with my breakfast though.

Sit Ups And Crunches. Also with walking that will help burn calories.
I sugest doing the sit ups in the morning as you will feel the burn more and then my activating your muscles they are more likely to be productive through out the day
Get a swiss ball and sit on it when your on the computer or sitting down. Sit up straight and balance, this helps you abs work and strenchthes your core. doing sit ups on this will help.
Hope the advice is alright :D
