are you surpose to be able to see your heart beat i can just see mine, well i can see it quiet abit actually :s

i take it you mean feel ? xP well sometimes people can, sometimes people cant, same with pulses etc. xP

If you put your two fingers onto the veins at the end of your arm, on the wrist, and rest them there, you should feel beating. Also, put your hand on the centre of your upper chest and wait to feel the beating. If you exercise, and get out of breath, it is easier to feel.

I think it would be more hard getting pulses from wrists then the heart beat itself. Also if you want to try with pulses use you're INDEX finger and you're middle, the others have minni pulses in so would be very pointless. :p there is also one in you're neck xP

Sometimes you can see some major arteries throb so that could be it.

To be honest i prefer to do other things than look to see if i can see my heart beating through my layer of skin.
