This is my first real tutorial/GFX based site. Im happy with the outcome but can adjust it to suit the needs of my client.

Hmm... Im not sure, It's a bit plain, I think you should add a bit more detail like nav links, banner text and content headers and the content. It will give us a bit more information about the template, it just looks like a few boxes at the moment.

I would be hoping to sell the base to a client and modify it to there needs
its good but it looks more of a WIp that a finished thing, if i were you i would add to it =]
its some scanlines, some boxes and some brushing. I cant believe it took you 1 hour. no offence
