New Forum In The Graphics Category

There is now a new Elite Alterations and Animations forum for non habbo related alterations / animations. Graphics category rules apply there just like the other graphics forums. It is not allowed to ask to move alterations/animations there, mods decide on that :D

4. Do not ask your alteration to be moved to the Elite alterations section - Moderators will move what alterations they think deserve to go there, it is their decision not yours.
