Help with script!

hey, does anybody know whats wrong with this script, for some reason it wont add the info to my database..

i get no errors or nothing like that so i dunno whats wrong, + Rep for whoever helps!

yeh lol, if your aving trouble writing 1, just take 1 from a different panel lol

include("../include/dbconnect.php"); <- Is that your directory starting with ../ also this has mySQL injection written all over it ;)
