I have opened the forum anyway as i am getting bored of waiting, a better template will be up soon but this one will do for now.

Join up on the forum and post etc, when you have some posts or whatever you can apply for a job as forum helper or forum moderator etc. etc. and trusted users may eventually become a VIP's manager.
