The Thought has just come to me that if habbo was to shut down would we get our money back because if they did technicly they would be breaking the habbo way by taking all of our money then shuting down the site so what do you think will we recive checks through our front doors or will they keep all the money and give us nothing but a farewell email!!!! :eusa_booh
As one of the habbo's said Sulake does have the rite to delete your furni or your account
Ofcourse i would want my money back but the contract thingy says " Sulake Has the right to delete your habbo and furniture"

Obviously I would want my money back, but sulake don't have to give you it back so they probably wouldnt :p
It would be impossible to refund THAT many people anyway, it would take ages to refund everysingle last credit.
Yeah, if they didn't give you your money back, or the equivilant of in pies then thats theft.. practically!
