Yeh,we do out managers and site managers get contacted and we get poked with sticks till we say we will never do it again,We do as i said out managers and site managers get contacted and we normally get a warning.Quote:

our punishments are worse than infractions there a good telling of by 8freak8 and our manangers :(
Rest asure the staff also get punished
Our punnishment could mean our jobs. So thats why we don't get infractions. But they're noted and passed on to our superiors.
As a moderator, I am (and the rest of the mods) are not allowed to edit a staff members post or add an infraction due to the reasons said above.
Mr. Freak himself or Baving take out the whip and sort the naughty staff member out ;).
