1. You can 'brick' your PSP by modifying it/using downgraders/3rd Party Software, NOT from websites.

2. Normal flash things, yes. Not YouTube or Google Video.

Depends where you go. But for a website to be compatible with .ps it usually means it can risk paying the bandwith. (Newgrounds, youtube etc). I wouldnt be worried.

google psp video 9 its free. then convert the movie you want 2 .MP4 then put it on your psp ;)
