Awwh, don't worry about it. Just be happy :) it's your birthday, just cos your mum's mad it doesn't mean it has to be ruined for you :)

Maybe when she's not in a shouting mood, maybe tellher you want to talk to her and before you start, make a list of all the things you don't want to happen. (Shouting, arguing) and a list of things that you want to happen, (Listning to one another) Then discuss about your birthday and that behaviour in general and try to get some common ground.
