Right i can't pay in cash as i don't have any or habbo because i don't play.

When you first register you only get 20 points and for submitting a tutorial you only get 25 points so 1500 is quite a lot TBH. When everything is up you can buy like coloured username, bold, underlined & italic username, lottery tickets, VIP Membership, and other stuff.
