This will be added into our ticket database and will alert me and all other staff with an SMS text message that a new ticket has been posted by blablabla
We can reply to you via email and you can reply back. This adds to the current ticket each time.
You can also use the Live Chat feature and talk to the online rep online at that time

Post a trouble ticket.. Not hard at all!
Just send a small email and Ill respond very very fast as I get a notification in an MSN style alert and an SMS text message!
