[WIP] A banner for version 2 of my site... Rate please!

Hey ho! I am making version 2 of team-x-labs.net, and I am making the banner/header thing. It's still a work in progress (WIP), but I think its coming on good!

What I want you to do is:
Look at it
Tell me what you DO like and what you DON'T like
Rate out of 10
Then add any extra comments you think could improve it. If you do what I said I'll +rep you.

Thanks Oli, I'm unsure on what to do the content boxes like now, maybe that colour (same as the banner) with a glassy effect on the top of the text (saying navigation etc)... I'll see what it looks like.

Maybe try like a content box alike the circle arround the x in the banner.
A gray border with inside a green shade.
