Nope, they have to be instructed by the LEA or something if they do have one...
As i suspected, college didnt do one.
Wouldnt of been possible anyway, not everyone is in a lesson at once, there is someone in town, or wandering in the corridors.
Plus it was 5 years ago, its not fresh in peoples minds anymore, no offense, but people are moving on from it now.

nope - it's a shame really. but it's true, 75.000 have died in IRAG and that, we don't do siliences for them, if that was the case, we would do silences everyday...
However, we will have a silence in July for the Tube.. s the govermant is petty like that. - blame blair. :P

i asked a teacher and they said "well, not our problem is it".
Nope, we have never had silences on 9/11, only time we have done is the 1st anniversary thing.
We didnt have one, it wasnt our fault.
