Whips wont rise. As more people get 85 slayer they are becoming VERY common. This WILL cause the prie to fall.

It doesn't matter what price the person is selling for, but the point is if anyone is going to buy it for that price .. So this isn't considering ripping off, unless he's really trying to persuade you with untrue facts.

If people dont want to buy, They WONT.

People are perfectly free to sell for whatever price they wish, so long as they don't claim items are rare when not etc.

You shouldn't post in their thread informing people not to buy.
