legs are killing. Had PE last lesson and we had to run round our astro-turf 10 times which is just over 2mile altogether, then we had to do 10m shuttle runs then we had to do 3 60m sprints. Legs are dead stiff now :l

Your legs are stiff because you didn't do a warm down? Or didnt do it properly.
Your muscles will hurt because when you exercise you get a bi-product called lactic acid, which gives you that pain in your legs along with cramp. Go for a slow jog, then do some light stretching and the pain should go away, i'd do it otherwise you'll really feel sore in the morning.
Aye we done a warm down at the end and did a warm up at the start etc

I've had DOUBLE pe today.
2nd lesson was running 2 miles, like you :p
and 4th lesson was dance (Prancing around the room and looking like an idiot)
i had 3hrs of pe todayyy

3hrs Tanya ! Thats mental poor you :[ unless you like it :p I only have 2 lessons of people a week cus I didn't do GCSE P.E but some of my mates did and they have it twice a day :p
We had 1hr30mins today.. but it was dance to eye of the tiger lol.. I was just jumping about and looking stupid but it was funny
