Pretty rubbish movie. What was good is how extremely creepy it is when the monster is behind the two main characters on the highway in the big truck, and when they drive past the demon-thing sliding bodies down the pipe.
If you take those two scenes into context then they're extremely creepy!

The second movie was good though.
