You can buy the equipment you need from a tattooist shop if your planning on strecting(sp) yourself.
Which is probably the best option, Its also good because it doesn't hurt all that much.
They don't do them anymore i don't think, they were withdrawed. Thats what they said to me, when i went, really annoyed me :(
