I know theres a program that can turn GTA:San andreas from v.1.1 to v.1.0.

Does anyone know where I can get this?

And, can anyone suggest any legit 100% game saves?

1.01 won't support modding.
2.0 stopped the hot coffee patch being used.
1.0 supports both the above.

I have the downgrade now, all I need are the save games.

K, if your on 1.0 - get sa-mp, or mta:sa
multiplayer ^^
