I Talk and kick in my sleep

Lol yah like anybody got any ideas why or How to prevent it?

Nah ive had a seizure before but i dont think thats related

I kick in my sleep, its due to the fact your probably moving around alot. I had to share a bed with my mom on holiday, and i ended up punching her in the face :P

So, its just because your moving around alot in the night, you kick out, as for talking, i don't know about that.

Do you mean kicking by you think your about to fall or something and you randomly kick?

Nope im fast asleep when I Do it, I dont know im doing it I have just been told I do by my mates, Uncle, Brother and gf (Im guessing she doesnt like being randomly kicked)

I don't get that, I've slpet walk a few times and I talk in my sleep but not that :P

I kick when I'm just about to go into deep sleep :rolleyes:
