It's not a quest. You just use a mission that is orientated towards the announced topic, hope one of the X's likes it, nominates it... and hope the X's vote it in the top 3.

We don't just choose our friends :) anyone that has a good mission we enter. Look at the people that won this time they arn't well know Habbos that are 'famous' :D

As long as you show your face in the public rooms or to a Habbo X or Safety X and they think its good, they enter it :)
