It is most likely not a news CMS. They are most likely doing it through an HTML file, and doing the news by hand.

Yeh, i used to use cutenews, I dont anymore but I used to take out the advertising when it was in easy ages.. cant do anymore

I made that Template for SHOUTHABBO.COM/V1/ :) And Its not using cutenews in the updates it's just using it by Hand

editing it in dreamweaver, thats long.
