It's quite possible that the new hotel manager is already chosen but just giving habbos the feeling of importance would make them come on more?

In the end, the votes won't matter maybe because they've already chosen the new HM from the 4..

Just a possibility..

That's stupid, they wouldn't let alot of teens vote for someone's job.

Sulake dudes would choose the most qualified and suitable staff member for the role.

Well... tbh.
I dont actually think the hotel manager gets paid more.
And i dont think the hotel manager works more.
Basically the HM is the face of the hotel, but does as much work as everyone else, its really not that important to the people working in the office. There probally doing it as a laugh.

The hotel manager does not do more, it just looks that way because they are the face of the hotel.
