Need Phone help

Well my contract is running out(Finally) and im wanting a new phone.It has to have:
Camera
mp3
memmery card
Not a pda

Thats probly it.
I wanted a D series but i dont want the D600 and i have the 500 but 700 isnt out yet.
Please help
