I understand where you are coming from but Chris has only been Hotel Manager for a couple of months and these things take time, no doubt he is still settling into his new role. It's unfair that your comparing him with other Hotel Manager's because the average length of a reigning Hotel Manager is around 2 years, these things take time. Im sure he will blossom eventually.
On another note he does need to go further than just sticking to the campaigns that he HAS to do because Sulake tell him to (i.e. Bobba Streets, Mei Ling etc). Like Callie did, he needs to get his thinking brain on and come up with some quests outside of the one's Sulake make him run.
Just be patient, that's all you can do...

Chris is currently in Helsinki and isn't on a beach, as far as Im aware knowbody would go on a beach even if there was one in Helsinki - It's too damn cold!
Since he has just started I think he has done a very good job, he's yet to have an annual event like habboween and christmas etc. The best way to judge a HM is how well they can organise a big event like that. We'll see how he does with habboween. Considering he's only had the job a couple of months he's done alot. ATW, Streets, Debates, Games. That's all on top of doing his job behind the scenes.
Another advantage is that he is always on time. Do you not remember the days of Jibbi/Callie where you'd wait in a room for 4 hours waiting on them to then be told the event was postponed to the next day? It was a very common thing during their reigns as hotel manager.
Alot of people also complained Callie showed too much favouritism, do you see any from Chris? One thing for sure is he won't bag up his friends with super rares.
So you can complain until your face turns purple but that ain't going to change the fact he is hotel manager, and one of the best we've had.
