The dedicated hobba safety site appears to have either closed down completely, or is temporarily out of action.
The super hobba cookiezz had this to say:
"I have no idea why the site is down".
This could possibly be linked with impetuous.net closing down, or it might just be a simple server/template change.

Impetuous.net was a well known safety site, but that closed.
The URL for Hobtech is www.hobtech.net
and is working
prehapes imp.net being shut down has effected it because it is backed by imp.net
