i done Karate and i think i finished on blue belt quit afew years ago

yet y ou still wouldn't know where to start

In tae kwon do i'm yellow belt green tag but I've had to stop tae kwon do for about 3 years atm cos of being ill, my sensai thinks if i wasnt ill i'd probably be going for my black belt this year ;(

LOL i love the word sensai. ive only done kick boxing.
