Can anyone edit this DJ Panel for me?

Hey I need a DJ Panel edited to my requirements:

* The DJ Says Message must be displayed in Verdana Size 8 pt (Black Text) with ONLY the DJ Message and no "DJ Says" infront of the message

* The contact form must be edited so that all Text is also verdana size 8pt Black and Field Names bold! I would also like you to be able to send in competiton entries and jokes. The contact form should also include this code to change the scroll bar on the page it's on:

This is about the 16th Post or thread you've made asking for a DJ Panel or something to do with one, Go learn php or MySQL Or w/e and bloody do it yourself!

Dosen't matter I got it ! The only reason I got others to do it was it was CSS and i'm not sure about it but I worked it out!
