When you are temp banned

Are you aloud to make a new acount ?
Because you banned 2 of my acounts buy thats never happened before in the past when iv been banned

They say not too, but everyone does

I cannot find this rule could anyone please link me to it

If your banned you have broken a rule and are being punished for it.
if you try to avoid that punishment then there isn't really a point.

We stopped rigidly enforcing it a while back but it still stands so if you were spamming the forum on one account like a load of ASAFGSAJDH threads and create a new account, you could be banned as soon as your first thread showing that you intend to continue that way. Bans for infractions and such won't usually have that effect unless you come back and start swearing in every post.
