its a different type of staff me thinks.

but ive seen ppl doin it with other weapons apart from staffs tho

there's no "way" to do it, it just happens sometimes.

Funniest thing with this "GLITCH" is when you go to a really busy area and it keeps switching from one pose to another... everyone dose at the same time ;]
