DOGS CAN LOOK UP!

I have proved that dogs can look up! this is my dog called buster and my lil bro was up a tree so meeeehhhhh!

I think people meant dogs can't look up when their head is pointing forwards and not up lol.

Your dog isn't looking up with its eyes. Its looking up with its head, so really it can't look up like us humans can.
