I'm 68 attack and I'm trying uber hard to get to 70 to whip weild. Sadly; I've become really bored with rock crabs and ogres :(
Give me other things to train on that are good xp pls. (PS: FYI; combat 78)

You could always go to PC, find a decent world and just attack monsters? You get xp from the monsters and the points give you extra xp when you cash them in.
I did 64-70 at rock crabs, but meh you could do pest control...
thats always good xp =]
Dagannoths if you have done Horror From The Deep quest.
Get slayer assignments and train using that?
