Coding Help - Prize for helper!

Ive Had an Image when I was sleeping last night to design something like BobbaNet but without flash, just using HTML, DHTML and whatever. But Im stuck now! can anybody help

I need it so If i Click a Link Image at the bottom it will open on within that window and I can move it around and close it etc? Can Anybody help!
