Habbo Isn't Working...

My uncle gave me his Laptop and when I click on the thing to Check Into habbo, A new black window comes up With a white box in the corner with a red cross in it. My brother said that it's because I haven't got shockwave so I went to the website to download shockwave flash player but it didn't let me down load it! Please tell me what wrong and please give me a link(s) if I have to download/install something.

You do have to download shockwave as thats a clear missing plug in ;)
