On and off

You know how if only you have rights you can open a door on habbo? Well i think that if people dont have rights in a room they cant turn on open anything.

For example, Say you have a dragon and the person keeps turning it on and off on and off, Well if that person didnt have rights the dragon would stay normal.

Hmm i dont like that idea, sorry.

I like the idea. It stops immature people flickering with them when some says please leave the holo girls off.

I like. And also locking stickies so people with rights cannot erase them, grr that is annoying :(
