Php DJ Panel Help!

Ok I have a DJ Panel its the HabboNewsie one but im having problems with it. Forms such as:
Adding User
Change Password
Ect Ect
Are just not working all they do is practically refresh the form. Now im not sure what is causing the problem cause they work on other hosts. Ive got my server to take a look but they dont seem to think theres anything wrong apart from possibly the coding. But they work on other hosts. Can anyone help me?

It's your MySQL version that's the problem.

Contact your host and get them to upgrade.

I host my self i got a reseller so i contacted my server asking them :P lol
