If your members, i find training str on the Rock crabs in rellika [sp?] the best =]

they're my other favourites, because you can do prayer at the same time
If you have the slayer level try harpie bug swarms, they will automatically attack you up to level 92 ish, they might be a bit too strong for you atm though.
or you could try experiments 400exp per kill

If your f2p i would seriously recommend lvl 24 zombie's near the hill giants. Hill giants are packed out in like every world, and is slow xp as your only fighting like 2 max per minute. Therefore the non-packed lvl 24 zombies give like 120 - 160 xp which is good as you can fight a few per a minute! And dunno about p2p.
