Best way too..

Get better stats for my attack, defense and strenght. Atm there all about lvl 33 but i don't know where to train. Anyone know anywhere good?

Note : Im not member.

Stronghold of Security is best place start on goblins, then minatuars and move up as you lvl up

You could also try the Hill Giants [:

Oh cool, alright. Where abouts are they?

They are in that bit near varrock, you need brass key to open door

You can also get to giants by going all the way through dungeon in edgeville, since the key is near the end of the dungeon anyway.
