This means you are now allowed to give out links to your own myspace, blogs or your own sites with personnal information about yourself.

You are still not allowed to give out your personal information on the forum itself though.

Please remember that if you link people to these sites, you are doing it under your own responsibility.

Note: If you do not want people to know certain things about you and those certain things are on your myspace/site or anything like myspace, then please do not give out the link to your space/site :).
